foundations

since i have started my research, i have been trying to get in contact with a foundation. i sent my cv to many foundations, above all bank foundations but nowadays also many big industrial groups have their own foundation. foundations in italy are one of the biggest economical powers, they have a enormous amount of money, by which they finance all type of projects, in cultural, social, artistic, educational field, both in Europe and in developping countries. and, i got some info, also the richest foundations employ few people. so, why the hell do they refuse to consider me?
