cars and accidents

today i will get a car for me. in the end, i will be free! untill now i had to count on the others to move. and it's safer to use a car than a taxy or your feet. the only problem is that black people are more difficult to se than white people at night! and there are always people wandering around and many bikes don't have lights.
the fact is that if you hit someone, you don't have to stop, otherways the crowd kills you. but they don't have explained me if you can hit others while escaping! :)
