Parte 3 - in camper in Turchia

wheels and roads

i've started to drive on my own. to go to nyabikere, it takes two hours, one is on paved roads, the other one on non-paved roads. i had never driven off-road before. some parts of the non-paved road are in good conditions, some others no: it takes one hour to do 30 kilometers. you have to drive at 10 kmh, avoid stones, pass rivers and huge holes, avoid cows and bycicles. and sometimes put the four-wheel drive. but, someway, it's funny. and it's full of people looking at you and how good you are. to go to the sources of nilo, i pass through nyabikere; i was with two friends, and in the middle of that road we found out someone had stolen our ruota di scorta (the fifth wheel, the one you hope you will never have to use...). in the middle of burundi, night coming, such a awful road, and you can't even brake your gear: it was quite scaring.
my car is a toyota hilux.

Dear Francesco,

I read with a lot of passion and interest all that u wrote until now. Please, go on like that, and write all that u see and feel.
I'm near u and I hug u. I don't believe in cooperation, neither in the one that u believe in, but that doesn't matter: I believe in kids and bananas and on u - that's enough. Keep in touch and go on writing for us.

Take - as much as u can - care.

bye,

m
