Parte 3 - in camper in Turchia

children

today i also met the children (each with his tutor) of the gitega adoptions a distance program. they are 80, and i met more or less half. that's the best part of the work: meet people, listening their problems, ask questions, find out new things. and if you deal with children, it's even funnier.
today i profited to explain them that we are shifting the focus of the program, and we will not anymore pay them the school untill they are 18, or 20, 0r 25, but we prefer teaching them a profession after the primary school (at 14 more or less). they made some positive comments, and i'm happy, maybe we are doing something useful. anyway, you can not help someone (because you hink to know what is better for him), if he does not want to be helped. it's a basic rule, but many cooperation projects fail because of that.
