future

there are on average seven kids for each woman. in ten years the population will double (from 8 to 15 millions). and there is already no land to cultivate (that is why they cultivates on the top of the mountains, where there are only stones). does such a country has a future? a future different from an other civil war?
if they do not stop multiplicating like rabbits, i do not think so. and the catholic church could help in changing the mentality according to which it is god, not you, who decides the number of kids you have. instead, in this matter they are silent.
