dogs

there is a big mystery here in bujumbura. where do they go, during the day, the hundreds of dogs with no owner which appear all around the city, as a magic, when the sun goes down?
today i am going to the countryside to deal with the children aid program. it seems that last week, when they attacked some taxis along the road we have to take, not only they have robbed every passenger, but they also have put them naked! hopefully, my clothes are not so costly.
